Here's a video Mark, an All Access Member, used to hammer down his handicap...
Mark is literally hammering down his handicap :-)
"The hammer drill in [Straight-Line Release] 2.1 is my favorite. No I don't let go of the hammer. I actually carry a hammer in my golf bag." ~ Mark
"I decided to join the local mens league at the course I play most often.
My handicap was 19 based on the previous 4 rounds. I shot a 41 last week on a different course.
First day of mens league today, shot a 38 on the front 9. 7 pars, 2 bogeys. No blow up holes.
Pretty freaking cool.
I wish I had a before and after of my swing. My brother, the scratch golfer, says that it is completely different than it was...
...Anyway, THANKS to Clay Ballard and all the TOP SPEED GOLF crew!!"

"The videos that helped the most depend on the point of my progression.
The stable fluid spine videos had the most immediate impact on contact and rhythm. I still repeat 'stable fluid spine' in my head on every setup. Specifically videos 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 2.3
The next thing I focused on was the straight line release, specifically videos 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3...
...I watched all the videos and did all or some of the homework in each as I felt I needed it.
I liked the presentations on variability training as I used some of those basic concepts in teaching basketball fundamentals.
Every week for example I hit 10 short swing hooks and 10 short swing slices. I also use it in my putting practice.
The 'clock system' of pitching helped me a great deal. My friends are amazed that I can pitch and chip so well with so little time on the course. I use that system with everything over 10 yards. I use my utility wedge and sand wedge and can hit accurately (for a rookie) from 10 to 60 yards.
Of note, I set up a pitching area in my back yard. It only goes up to 35 yards but has been very helpful. I hit 100 balls on it once or twice a week.
I continue to watch and rewatch the videos as I see a need including those in the 'vault' and those in the 'bonus courses.'"
Now it's time for YOU to hammer down YOUR handicap...
